You will be paired with a graduate student or postdoctoral scholar mentor, go on field trips, complete a project together and prepare a presentation for the end of the summer.
SURGE
SURGE is an 8-week summer research program for students enrolled at or who have recently graduated from another U.S. institution. Students from underrepresented groups and students seeking a formal research experience for the first time are encouraged to apply. This program also includes weekly seminars, field trips, and GRE prep courses.
